TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROEMMICK LAW’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Subject to applicable law, you agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarpy County, Nebraska, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.
